9 amazing nights in Zimbabwe

We have added a Zimbabwean Safari to our portfolio, offering lovers of Africa a change of direction and different Safari experience.
Our Zimbabwean safaris start in Bulawayo and end in Victoria Falls.with the first three nights being at the mazing Amalinda Lodge around 30 mins drive from Bulawayo
The lodge is set in a hillside with each room individually designed and built into the rock formations, providing a stunning and luxurious location for the first three days of your Safari.
The nearby Rhodes Mopopos National Park, offers opportunities to enjoy a morning trekking Rhino in the bush. The Park is home to around fifty Rhino and their very successful anti-poaching initiatives, plus their symbiotic relationship with local community, allows for some great experiences with very relaxed White Rhino.
There are many caves in the area that were ancient sites of worship for the San People for around 5,000 years. Their rock paintings can still be seen in excellent condition in these caves, which makes for a wonderful historical experience.
The country that we now know as Zimbabwe was originally called Rhodesia, and its founder Cecil John Rhodes is buried on a sacred hilltop with a stunning 360 view of the surrounding hills. The grave site is well-worth visiting, not only for the views, but also to discover more about the man.
Highlights include seeing some of the ancient rock art found in caves (thought to be over 5,000 years old), visiting the site of Cecil John Rhodes grave (a stunning hill top location with amazing 360 views, which brings the history of this country into the fore), trekking Rhino in the Rhodes Matopos Nation Park, game viewing in Hwange National Park and of-course the magnificent Victoria Falls.
