Camera traps

As many of you will know, we use camera traps as part of our leopard research program. Which our safaris guests also get involved with, placing out their own cameras during their safari.
But more than that you can have your own camera trap in africa and receive a monthly digest of the best pictures from your camera every month.
Check out Camera Trappers under the about us section of our website for more information.

Not always at night

Night drives are a great time to see and photograph leopards, as can be seen from these pics.
Having said that and although they operate predominately at night, we do also see them frequently during the day time game drives.
Still the night time encounters make for some great photo opportunities.

Hey Mum

Great pic from our home reserve of a new born Giraffe saying hi to Mum. We have had a lot of success with our Giraffe who thrive in this environment.

Opportunities abound

Of-course we all want to photograph what are euphemistically called the big and the furry animals while on safari, but there a lot more creates to enjoy and photograph. From insects and birds, to mammals and (for those who are interested) reptiles.
One thing is for sure there will be plenty of opportunities.
